3* Chicago -2- Detroit has lost 24 straight on the road and they will have to prove to me that they can win one before I will play on them. I also like the fact they Lovie Smith will have his defense ready to go and they will run the ball which will control the clock and keep the Lions offense off of the field. Bears by 10!!!!!

3* New Orleans +3 I am going with the home dog in this matchup. I look for Saints to run the ball with Deuce and for them to start off on a good note this year at home. Even with Seattle having a great year last year they were only 4-4 ATS on the road.
2* Cincy +7 -140 The Bengals will keep this game close with their outstanding run game. Rudi Johnson looks to start the season out right with a 100 yd rushing performance. The Jets are 14-27 ATS in the month of September and they are 27-41 ATS when playing as a favorite. This game looks like it will be decided by a FG either way but I bought up to 7 just in case.
